Our facility spans 40,000 sq m, including 14,000 sq m of covered operational space, and is designed to deliver manufacturing efficiency and the highest quality standards.
At the core of the company are the Leonardo and Galileo cutting lines,
advanced technologies that enable precise processing of a wide range of materials: tinplate, chrome-coated steel, blackplate, plastic-coated laminates, and aluminium.
Thanks to a just-in-time production model and a long-standing
partnership with Thyssenkrupp Rasselstein, Italpack offers its customers
reliability, flexibility, and tailor-made solutions.
TINPLATE:
ENGINEERED FOR PERFORMANCE
Tinplate is a thin steel sheet coated with a layer of tin that protects it from corrosion and
enhances its workability. Used since the Middle Ages and widely adopted from
the 18th century onwards with the rise of food preservation, it remains one
of the most trusted materials in metal packaging today, valued for
its strength, safety, and recyclability.
