MOG 231/01
ORGANISATIONAL, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL PURSUANT TO LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001
Italpack S.r.l. has adopted and implemented an Organisational, Management and Control Model (MOG) in accordance with Legislative Decree 231/01, designed to define principles, codes of conduct, procedures, and control tools to prevent the commission of offences covered by the Decree.
By adopting, implementing, and updating this Model, Italpack S.r.l. has enriched its internal control system with a fundamental instrument for protecting the company, its employees, and its collaborators — clearly setting out the values it upholds and expects to be respected.
Under no circumstances may the belief that one is acting in the company’s interest justify conduct that conflicts with the principles set out in the Code of Ethics and the Model.
The company has also appointed a Supervisory Body responsible for continuously monitoring compliance with the Code of Ethics and the Model by all relevant parties, and for overseeing the implementation of the prevention principles and protocols contained therein. The Supervisory Body may be contacted at: odv@italpack.it
CODE OF ETHICS
The Code of Ethics is the instrument through which Italpack S.r.l. makes its values and principles of conduct explicit to everyone who operates with and within the company.
It represents a charter of moral rights and duties that defines the ethical and social responsibilities of every participant in the company’s organisation.
At the heart of the Code of Ethics lies a long-term commitment that runs alongside and underpins Italpack S.r.l.’s strategy and industrial development objectives.
It is an effective means of preventing irresponsible or unlawful behaviour by those acting on behalf of the company — setting out the full range of principles and behavioural guidelines that directors, employees, and external collaborators must follow within their respective roles and activities. The provisions of the Code of Ethics also form an integral part of the contractual obligations undertaken by all relevant parties; any violation constitutes a breach of contract with all legal consequences that follow. The Code of Ethics forms an integral part of the adopted Model 231.
